Applications are now open for the 2025 Malchow Plaza Farmers Market! Vendors interested in participating must submit a completed application by April 7, 2025. All applications will be reviewed by the market board, and approved vendors will be notified by April 14, 2025.

Application & Selection Process

• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

• The market board reviews applications to ensure they align with the market’s requirements. Please read the bylaws before applying.

• The Malchow Plaza Farmers Market is intended for locally grown and hand-made items made or grown by the vendor. No resell or MLM items allowed. Repeat violations of this rule will result in suspension of attendance. If you have questions about a product please ask a board member.

• Applications may be declined if requirements are not met or if there is an over saturation of vendors in a particular category.

• Selected vendors will receive a notification to submit their vendor fee, which must be paid by May 1, 2025 to secure their spot. If payment is not received, the space will be offered to the next vendor on the waitlist.

Vendor Fee Information

• Vendors have the option to choose between a seasonal pass ($75) or individual Saturday spots ($15) for the Farmers Market.

• Vendors purchasing seasonal passes will have voting privileges for Malchow Plaza Farmers Market, LLC decisions and can run for positions on the Board of Directors.

• No booth sharing with vendors not approved by the board. Every vendor MUST fill out an application and be pre-approved. Only approved vendors may share space if desired. Fee must be paid by each business and cannot be split for the space.

• When selecting Saturdays but unsure of all attendance dates, vendors may pay for confirmed dates and can add additional Saturdays later, subject to availability. Additional dates must be communicated to the Vendor Committee by the Monday before the Farmers Market you plan to attend.

  No-Show Policy:

  • If you are signed up for a Saturday but do not attend, no refunds will be issued.

  • Missing two Farmers Market events without notifying the Vendor Committee or a last minute notification will result in denial of future attendance.
