Before submitting payment, you must first complete the vendor application and receive approval from the market board. Applications must be submitted by April 7, 2025.

Seasonal Vendor Pass
Planning to attend five or more Malchow Plaza Farmers Market events? The Seasonal Vendor Pass is a great option! It pays for itself after just five markets and secures a consistent location each Saturday, making it easier for customers to find you.
Vendor Agreement
By purchasing a vendor pass, you acknowledge that:
You have received approval from the market board.
You have read and understand the market rules and expectations.
You agree to inform the Vendor Committee of any additions or changes to your submitted attendance dates by the Monday before the scheduled market.
Important Attendance Policy:You are responsible for keeping track of the Saturday’s you submit to us as attending. We will not email lists of what days you selected.
If you decide to add on a Saturday and we do not receive your ask by the Monday before said Saturday, you will not be included in that week’s promotional efforts and will not receive a spot that week.
If you are signed up for a Saturday and do not show up, or if you notify us after the Monday prior to that Saturday, you will NOT receive a refund.
Repeated last minute cancellations will result in suspension from the remainder of the Farmers Market season.
$75 per vendor pass. An additional $5 processing fee is included to cover online transaction costs.
